Colorado Springs/Red Rocks : A peer and good friend of mine, Amy E Cody, came out to help me shoot the Colorado Horse Park 3 Day Event and Horse Trials. The following day we took a whirlwind tour of a few of the sights before she had to catch her plane back to Massachusetts. We went to Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, a park in downtown Colorado Springs and then a detour over to Red Rocks. She then caught her plane and I drove home to New Mexico.

A Big Southwestern Adventure Fall 2006 : In the fall of 2006, My friend Lynne Glazer drove to New Mexico to shoot a cattle round-up with me near Chama, New Mexico, with a bonus of seeing the photographers special steam strain with all old freight cars connected to the Triple Header of engines. In the few days she was here we also played with my horses, including a nice long ride in the Badlands and skipped up to Durango for a few hours to photograph the trains. Later we made a loop from here to Taos, the Rio Grand Gorge, Santa Fe, Albuquerque where we left my car at the airport, then we drove back to her place in SoCal. All the way taking pictures in Sedona and some other areas of Arizona. In the end we went to an Equine Photographer's Workshop in Ojai, CA and then I flew back to New Mexico in time to shoot a 4 day hunter/jumper show in Albuquerque.
